Payment
When a purchase has been placed, we will check the order and process the payment.
Once the payment has been processed, the product will be dispatched to the customer's given address.
Delivery is normally within 48 hours after the order has been processed.
If the customer has chosen to collect the order from our Sheffield office, please allow 24 hours and then contact us to confirm that your item is available.
Returns
All returns must be authorised before being made. Please contact us at info@towmania.co.uk or call 0114 360 7080.
Items can be returned within 14 days if they are incorrect or if the customer changes their mind. Please note: Due to the parts being safety critical, it is not possible to accept the parts for a refund if the packaging has been opened.
Faulty item returns will require confirmation of the fault from the manufacturer. Once we have received the item, we will contact the manufacturer, who will either confirm the fault or contact you for further information.
