Description

The ORIS TRACC bike carrier is suitable for transporting a maximum of two e-bikes or pedelecs on the towbar. With the optional extension, a third
bicycle can also fit on the rack. The TRACC can also be folded up very compact to save space, but can also be neatly attached to and removed from the towbar.

The ORIS TRACC is suitable for conventional towbars. The bike rack is very strong and extremely stable. This is ensured by highstrength steel and aluminum connections of the load-bearing components. E-bikes and pedelecs can also be transported.

The halogen lighting system is modern, durable and integrated into a UV, heat and cold-resistant plastic cladding. With the folding mechanism using the foot pedal, access to the boot is possible at any time, even if the carrier is loaded with bicycles. The bikes can be mounted on the trailer hitch in seconds using the quick release system. Robust frame holders fix the bikes securely and also protect them from theft. An access ramp is optionally available for easy and effortless loading. There are also extra long ratchet straps as accessories for bikes with large frames.

Shipping

Shipping of goods is carried out once the order and payment have been processed.

UK shipping includes all major delivery areas within the UK.  For Scotland and Scottish Highlands, please get in touch with us before placing the order.

Delivery of most products is usually the next or following working day,

Once the goods have been collected by our courier, we cannot change the delivery address or cancel the order.

We have no control over actual delivery times once the goods are in the hands of the courier.

If you don't receive our delivery, you must inform us at your earliest convenience.

Returns

Before returning any goods, you must contact us by emailing support@towmania.co.uk

For online purchases, you have 14 days to return the goods, which must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Once goods have been received by us and accepted, we will issue a refund the same day. (Please read the paragraph below.)

Please check that the parts are correct for your needs before opening or attempting to fit. We are unable to accept returns for goods where the packaging has been opened,  this is because of safety reasons. (This includes all boxes, wrappings and sealed bags.)
