Lexus UX 2018 Onwards (EV Only)

We use a payment gateway called Atoa to process payments.  This is a secure system and provides greater security than traditional card payment gateways.

Atoa securely processes payments through your UK banking app; no card details need to be entered, making the transaction secure and fast.

We also accept card payments.

There is a small fee to cover payment transaction costs for those paying by debit or credit card.

Refunds

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.

Any refunds will be processed by ourselves on the same day that we process the refund; your bank may take a couple of days to refund to your account, as is normal banking procedure and is dependent on the bank you use. .

Shipping of goods is carried out once the order and payment have been processed.

UK shipping includes all major delivery areas within the UK.  For Scotland and Scottish Highlands, please get in touch with us before placing the order.

Delivery of most products is usually the next or following working day,

Once the goods have been collected by our courier, we cannot change the delivery address or cancel the order.

We have no control over actual delivery times once the goods are in the hands of the courier.

If you don't receive our delivery, you must inform us at your earliest convenience.

Failed or late delivery is the responsibility of the courier.  Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your delivery.

Before returning any goods, you must contact us for a returns number by emailing support@towmania.co.uk

For online purchases, you have 14 days to return the goods, which must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Once goods have been received by us and accepted, we will issue a refund the same day. (Please read the paragraph below.)

Please check that the parts are correct for your needs before opening or attempting to fit. We are unable to accept returns for goods where the packaging has been opened,  this is because of safety reasons. (This includes all boxes, wrappings and sealed bags.)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.
